About Us

Kristin began her culinary journey in 1990, after working at The Bunnery, her family's bakery & restaurant, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It was there that she developed a true passion for baking and pastry.   However, Kristin would not decide to make it her career until moving to Chicago where after many dinner parties, her friends encouraged her to go to culinary school.  In 1995 she graduated with honors from Johnson & Wales University in Vail, Colorado and began her professional pastry career.

With more than 10 years in professional kitchens and restaurants, Kristin has  gained extensive experience in plate presentation and design, wedding cake execution, and a solid repertoire of classic European pastry and American desserts.
